I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and Customer Service was fabulous! They immediately refunded my money, and made it easy for me to buy a replacement package of bully sticks for my small dog. The dogs love them. And they last longer than rawhide sticks. We will never go back!
These were different from what I have normally ordered. Dogs were a little more picky of these
I ordered the 5Lbs box of 12 inch bully sticks and was very disappointed. It stated in the description that the bully sticks were in varying thickness and various chew times. So I'm expecting a variety of medium, thick and jumbo size bully sticks. This was not the case at all. It even states on the box I received that they are all medium! So I open the box and count to find 32 bully sticks. This works out to $7/ bully stick. And they are not of very good quality either. Some of them are discolored and almost look rotten (smell fine though). Some are very crooked and misshapen too. If I had ordered a 25 count bag of medium bully sticks it would have only cost me $5.12/ bully stick and the quality would probably have been better. Definitely will not be repurchasing.
My dog loves these Bully Sticks, although they are way too expensive. I love my dog, so I buy them for her anyway.
