Directions: Place the puppy pad on the floor, plastic side down. Introduce your dog to the puppy pad, and don't be discouraged if it doesn't take right away. Just keep returning your dog to the puppy pad until it happens. Replace when necessary.

Very unhappy with this order. Have been ordering from you folks for years with great prices and service. Not this time. The pads we usually get were no longer available. You suggested a replacement that would be same as before but a bit of a lesser quality. Thought we would try this time. Not only were they of lesser quality, you were correct, but also the wrong size. For years we have purchased 28x36 pads as our record would indicate. These are 28x30. With 2 dogs 6 inches makes a big difference. We needed pads so will use these until gone and will be ordering elsewhere since the pads you sent do not come in the size we need. thank you for your past service.
