great price but the pads are thin. works well for my puppy but not so well for larger dogs where I have to double up. would recommend buying thicker pads for the larger dogs. Also found some defective pads where the padding did not cover the whole pad. However I called and received replacements very quickly at no cost. So a great price and wonderful customer service (Beverly). will buy from these folks again for sure.
I have purchased these pads numerous times over the year for my small dogs. They are well used when it is very cold or snow is high. The company sent me a shipping notice that pads were shipped but only half came. I contacted the company and customer support got back almost immediately explaining that the other half were shipped the following day and giving me the new tracking number.
