Directions: Pull the adjustable tab around the waist and secure. Change when needed. Watch for the indicator lines to change colors. For maximum absorption, ensure the band's placement on the underside lines up with the entry point at the center of the wrap. Affix the tabs securely to prevent the band from shifting on the waist. If the wrap does not stay in place, consider going down a size. If the wrap is tight and leakage occurs, consider increasing in size.
